They held my money to make a return for almost 3 months. On a single spot I lost over $500 that Now I have to fight through small claims court. Don’t expect to deal with someone who has common sense. I didn’t want to deal with such ignorant people.I strongly discourage anyone to do business with this place. Because of such disrespect and rudeness I left the shop and requested my money back. All he wanted was to fill his pockets with $$$ that day.

I tried to explain my situation that I needed to return only few items not the full order - but the guy got furious with me, started raising his voice, talking very disrespectful. I never held the parts in my hand - it was in the shop and just because they couldn’t make the sale on me, they charged the fee without justice. Before I could pick up an order I had to cancel few of the items of a large order because they didn’t work out for me - the Rancho Ford junk yard decided to steal my money calling it “restocking fee” just because they felt like it. Looking for Chrysler and Dodge Visit our sister store just down the road: All Chrysler and Dodge Auto Wrecking. I had horrible experience with this shop. Suppliers of used and aftermarket Ford parts. 1991 Ford F-250 v8 7.5L Automatic Rwd blues/white exterior gray/blue interior. Warning!!!! Be prepared to meet some of the greediest owner/manager in this shop, who doesn’t care about his customers. I deal with a lot of nice, respectful junk yard guys to buy parts but one day I got very unlucky when I set my foot in Rancho Ford Truck.
